TransCaucasus Regional Workshop on FMD control and PCP progress

The objectives of the workshop are to:

1. provide an update and agree on activities according to the Statement of Intentions concerning the
control of FMD and other major epizootic transboundary diseases
2. facilitate monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of RBSP in TCC countries and provide
support in planning and implementation of progression to PCP Stage 3 in candidate zones

Participants:
• Two representatives (incl. nat. consultant, epidemiologist) of each of the participating countries:
Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Iran, Russian Federation, including EPINET and WELNET
leaders
• EuFMD representatives
