    COMMENTS BY AUTHORITY:-

    With reference to point 1 above, the Design report of MNB 12.6x6 (Skew 7.13 degree) submitted has
    been reviewed. Out point wise observations are detailed below:

    1. Reinforcement in side walls is provided in three layers with spacing of 200mm. Effective
    spacing in this case will not be sufficient for concreting. Kindly check.

    2. Modular Ratio in SLS (Rare and Quasi-Permanent) stress check need to be verified. Hence you
    are requested Lu provide the break-up calculation fur the same.

    3. Section Overall Depth of walls at face of top slab is taken as 875mm considering full haunch
    size
