INFORMATION

The undersigned accuses Raven Uy of rape, committed as

follows:

That on or about January 18, 2019 in Pasay City, the

accused did then and there, wilfully, unlawfully, feloniously
enter the house of Mia Perri, a married woman and finding
that her husband was away. With lewd designs and by means
of force and intimidation, commenced directly by overt acts to
commit the crime of rape upon her person, to wit: Mia Perri
was doing laundry, the accused seized her from behind, threw
her to the floor, covered her mouth and undo her shorts,
pulled down her underwear and penetrated her with his
sexual organ and have succeeded in consummating rape.

CONTRARY TO LAW with the aggravating circumstance

of dwelling.
