WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Critical to this role are an enthusiasm for learning, a true spirit to serve, excellent written and
spoken English and a keen eye for detail.

Working alongside a Manager your duties would include:

 Receiving and acknowledging screening requests


 Allocating screening requests to the appropriate teams
 Ensuring 100% accuracy before releasing clients' reports
 Answering client queries via telephone and email
 Preparing monthly client reports
 Meeting clients face to face on a quarterly basis

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

WHAT WE NEED

 Bachelor’s degree in either Accounting/Finance/Commerce


 3 to 4 years’ experience in a related field
 Absolute attention to detail
 Basic to intermediate understanding of accounting concepts and practices
 Impeccable written and spoken English
 Excel : Intermediate to advanced (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Basic VBA)
 Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness
 Hands on, self motivated and self managed individual

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


You will be responsible for/to:

 Budgeting and forecasting. Prepare periodic reports that compare budget with actual.
 Maintain fixed asset register.
 Prepare monthly sales invoices for internal and external clients. (Maintain and improve
the VBA coding on the invoicing database as client requirements demand).
 Bank reconciliation.
 Manage debtors’ collection.
 Process monthly payroll, EPF, payments to suppliers & staff reimbursements.
 Comply with federal, state, and local financial requirements
 Compute periodic statutory returns.
 Lead and facilitate annual company audit.
SENIOR WEB APPLICATION DEVELOPERS
WHAT WE NEED

 REQUIRED SKILLS: MVC, C#, ASP.NET, .NET 4 Framework, Microsoft SQL Server
2014.
 1 - 4 years of hands-on working experience in .NET end-to-end software development on
3-tier application architecture.
 Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for entry level positions.
 Experience in integration work with other platforms and understanding of web APIs
including XML/JSON over REST or SOAP.
 Knowledge of LINQ, jQuery, jqGrid and Adobe Sign would be an advantage.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related field.
 Malaysian or holders of Malaysia PR status

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Working alongside a Manager and your team, your duties include:

 Full lifecycle application development.


 Actively participate in requirement study with Business Analyst Team to understand client
requirements.
 Perform solutions design, development, integration, testing, debugging and deployment,
ensuring software meets clients’ expectations.
 Support RISQ Group’s screening platform, provide software modification and bug fixing.
 Be involved in user training and other software development activities assigned by
superior.
 Stay on top of new technologies to ensure the platform is up to date and as modern as
possible.

BUSINESS ANALYSTS

As Business Analyst, you are responsible for capturing, collecting and analysing information
relating to business processes to facilitate informed decision making and to ensure appropriate
documentation and implementation of business process changes.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING


Working alongside a Manager and your team, your duties include:

 Capture, collect and analyse business requirements regarding operational, product and
platform processes;
 Act as the liaison between the business and the platform development team, ensuring
that they understand the needs of the business;
 Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering interviews with various business
stakeholders to ensure that platform, product and operational requirements are captured,
and an approved change management process is adhered to;
 Coordinate with the platform development team to collect project status updates;
 Coordinate and conduct user-acceptance testing;
 Work with Learning & Development Manager to ensure training is scheduled for each
role impacted by operational, product and platform project implementations;
 Identify when an IT/platform project impacts external clients and work with key
stakeholders to determine client requirements and develop appropriate implementation
schedules.
 Maintain a high level of product and process knowledge and awareness of country-
specific processes
 Imparting sufficient communication to the Leads and project team (where applicable)
regarding status updates;
 Appropriate application of business knowledge to develop complete requirements
documentation;

WHAT WE NEED

 Business analysis experience in a technical environment.


 3 - 5 years related working experience.
 Superior written and spoken English
 Professional written and verbal communication skills
 Intermediate to advanced computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite of products including
but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
 Superior time management, multi-tasking and organisational skills
 Strong rapport building skills
 A strong focus on accuracy and high attention to detail
 Knowledge of data privacy principle / data protection
