Sir,

Greetings! The School of St. Joseph the Worker (formerly Lyceum of Echague) located

at Cabugao, Echague, Isabela is joining the Provincial Government of Isabela in the promotion

of public health and safety, eliminate public risks and inconveniences and enhance awareness

and preparation for the rainy season. In connection to this, we are requesting your good office

thru the General Services Office to assist our cleanup activities by providing any available

vehicle for hauling the rubbish from our school specifically the tree leaves and branches. We also

needed help in cutting a dead tree that stands about 60 feet tall inside our school campus. We

wish that this will be good learning opportunity to teach our younger generation the value of

cleanliness and teamwork to accomplish good deeds for the community. Your generosity and

assistance will always be remembered even in the years to come. Our school can coordinate with

your office thru our school representative in the person of Engr. Henry Y. Sy to fast track all

actions concerning this mentioned activity. We will wait for your most convenient time in doing

this tasked. We are hoping for your kind consideration to this matter. Thank you very much and
