resolve our concerns on pending payment applications that supposed to be arranged this week.

We beg to disagree and expressed our disappointment with your reply and addressing the issue
though email stating our requested meeting will cause delay to the ongoing activities on site. Please
do note that despite of your inaction and lack of support to our request, our site operations are
remained persistent in completing our scope in accordance with our contract.

WEC reserves its rights on the entitlement of payment to be received on a timely basis specifically
