RE: Request for DAR Clearance of Lot No. 11899-A, Laoag City

Dear Sir,

Greetings!

The undersigned is the authorized representative of the SPS. MIGUEL G. BLAS AND
PAMELA WINONA B. BLAS, who bought a parcel of land situated at Brgy. 1, San Lorenzo,
Laoag City, covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-33880, Lot No. 11899-A and
consisting of THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE (3,481) square meters
from ROSARIO CID CALILAO, the lawful owner thereof. In view hereof may I respectfully
request your good office that a Clearance from your good office be issued in my favor.

The above-mentioned parcel of land is irrigated and classified by the Local City
Assessor’s Office as an agricultural lot and not more than five (5) hectares as required by law.

The said clearance shall be used as part of the requirements for transfer of title of the
buyers of the said property namely, SPS. MIGUEL G. BLAS and PAMELA WINONA B.
BLAS.
