1 Beam reinforcement checked as per Drawing i.e.- numbers
and size of main bars, stirrups. 2 Slab Reinforcement checked as per Drawing i.e.- Spacing and size of bars. 3 Approved bar bending schedule available 4 Straightening and alignment of the steel bars satisfactory . 5 L-Bend provided at the discontinuous ends of slab 6 Lap length as per RCC Drawing or minimum 30D 7 Lap position is as per Drawing 8 Rings provided as per Drawing. At column beam junction . 9 Horizontal rings(earthquake rings ) provided in beam near the column . 10 Column reduced from appropriate direction as per drawing. 11 Reduction rings provided at column reduction position 12 Bent up bar position checked as per drawing 13 Chairs sufficient and strong to avoid bending of top reinforcement 14 Min. 3 rings provided above slab level for column reinforcement 15 Dowels kept for adjoining work (IF ANY) 16 Provision made for the elevation treatment if any . 17 Covers provided as specified for the beams and slab 18 All rings provided with 135o bend inside (confinement) . 19 Sleeves provided at appropriate locations. 20 Pin bar of min. 20 dia are provided to avoid touching of main bars
