Roles and responsibilities are to carry out the tasks related to Project
Management i.e. project initiation, project planning, execution, project
monitoring & control and project close-out. Work involves a lot
of ground level work, namely coordinating with various parties including local
auhorities, obtaining feedback with regards to project scoping, cost
estimating and budgeting, resource planning, managing project
scheduling and planning, project monitoring and control and project close out.

Responsibility :

 Responsible to define project scope, provide cost estimation, project


economic studies, recommend implementation strategy , manage quality,
project organization and manning management.
RESUME

 Prepare tender document and subsequently ensure proper evaluation and


recommendation.
 Manage HSE activities i.e EIA/RHA study and Technical Safety Review,
a HSE Management Plan, Construction Site Safety Plan and Procedure,
HAZOP,Job Safety Analysis, Method of Statement (MOS), HSE
Inspection/Audit schedule and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) and
Project Lesson Learnt (PLL).
 To manage and coordinate the processes and activities needed to execute
and monitor and control the Project Management Plan for all stages of
the project, i.e. Feasibility Study, Basic Design, Detail Design, EPCC
and Project Close Out.
 Take the lead to organize meeting and discussion with the client’s
representative and working group to understand and clarify the
preliminary scope of works. Recommend work process improvement in
the implementation of the project by collating accurate feedback on
contractor, vendors and supplier performance.
 Coordinate any scope change in accordance to the Change Order
Management. For example, if scope change is required by client during
the design stage.
 Work closely with stakeholders to determine the type of information
needed and the method to distribute them, i.e. via MOM of
monthly/weely meetings, transmittal for drawings and project procedures
for review, etc.
 Establish close rapport with stakeholder’s focal person to ensure updated
information is channelled clearly and effectively to the stakeholder so as
to maintain a common understanding among team members and
stakeholder
 Assigned as a PDB focal person in all gas piping related issues
with Petronas Gas Bhd (PGB) and Gas Malaysia Sdn Bhd
(GMSB).
o Responsible to supervise the Gas Pipeline Hot Tapping
Activity.
o Responsible to chair the PDB-GMSB and PDB-PGB
monthly coordination meetings
o Responsible to coordinate GMSB pipeline installation
within PDB Stations.
o Responsible to obtain approval for Authorization for Gas-in
for PGB.
o Responsible to obtain Permit to install(PTI) and Permit to
Operate (PTO) from JKKP for the installation and
operation of NGV gas pipeline.
o Responsible to obtain PMT from JKKP for NGV pressure
vessels.
 Act as Incident Commander (TIER-2) in emergency involving
NGV Stations and NGV Mother Stations

Service Station in Peninsular Malaysia..

Responsibility :

 Lead the task to ensure effective and efficient implementation of


HSE Management System applied to NGV Businesses.
 Responsible for conducting safety inspection for unsafe acts and
unsafe condition of the stations. To inspect all station equipment
and facilities so as to ensure compliance to safety procedure and
regulations.
 Responsible to ensure quality system is implemented, review and
feedback recorded for continuous improment
 Lead the task in ensuring that all NGV facilities (design and
construction) and services are accordance with appropriate legal
requirement, industry standard and best practices
