Dear Sir/Madam
The Principals of all the affiliated colleges are informed to note the following issues with regard to
Recounting/Revaluation enrolments from MBA/MCA students and University exam registrations from B.Tech / B.Pharm.
students:
1. The recounting and revaluations enrolments have been made online from October-2010 onwards. The
procedure for the recounting/revaluations enrolments is identical to the University Examinations
registrations procedure. The system administrators are informed to select the failed/passed subjects for
which the students wish to apply and take the system generated summary report for payment. The
Principals are informed to take one single demand draft (DD) drawn in favor of Registrar, JNTUH, for all
the recounting and revaluations enrolments made by the students, on the next working day and submit at
the Examinations branch along with the system generated summary report. MBA/MCA
recounting/revaluations enrolments are to be performed using the IP address: http://122.252.228.141/olrcrv
The last date for MBA/MCA recounting/revaluations enrolments is 30th October, 2010 (5PM).
2. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor is pleased to permit the B.Tech./B.Pharm. students to register with a late fee of
Rs. 2000/- per Semester per student (Ref. 1 above), who have not registered before the time dead-lines
specified in the notification issued by this office (Ref. 2 above). The Principals are informed to make
arrangement for carrying out the registrations by the students by following the previous procedure. The IP
address registrations is http://122.252.228.140/olrbtech for all the colleges and the last date for making the
registrations is 23rd October, 2010. The DD for this amount (along with its system generated summary
report) should be submitted in the Examination branch along with the other DDs on the scheduled date for
collection of Exam stationery. Please note that the pre-printed booklets and lab OMR award lists of these
 Rs. 2000/- late fee registrations are to be collected from the collection counters in the Examinations
building in a separate carton (Annexure) box(es).
3. The Principals are informed to upload the profiles of the faculty members subject-wise, proposed name
corrections of the students and social status (BC, SC, ST or EBC) & income status (for those parents
income is less than 1 Lakh) of the students in the same server earmarked for Rs. 2000/- late fee
registrations ( IP address for all the colleges is http://122.252.228.140/olrbtech ) on or before 23rd October,
2010.
4. The students of all Engg. colleges who have applied for I year Recounting/Revaluation but failed in the
subject(s) can continue their registrations till 18th October, 2010 in the server at IP address:
http://122.252.228.141/olrbtech
5. The I B. Tech. Students of NR (2001 admitted batch only) and RR regulations who wish to register for
University Exams can do the registrations from the server at IP address: http://122.252.228.141/olrbtech-
nr-rr (refer this registrations notification kept in the portal on 13-10-2010).
