CHICKEN ALA KING

Ingredients:
 1/2 chicken, FLAKED
 1/2 Bar butter
 1 can small button mushroom
 1 can corn kernel
 1 can nestle cream
 1 box all-purpose cream
 1 can evaporated milk
 1 can small pimiento (Omar)
 1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM (CAMBELL)
 1/2 CUP OF SWEET ONION
 1/2 CUP OF CHICKEN BROTH
 2 PACK LOAF OF BREAD (SUPERLOAF)
 1 BAR CHEESE
 SALT
 PEPPER
 SUGAR

Procedures:
1. Boil chicken with salt and pepper
2. Flake the chicken. Set aside and reserve the broth
3. Melt butter, sauté onions until transparent
4. Add chicken, pimiento, mushroom, corn kernel. Season
to taste
5. Slowly stir in cream of mushroom and broth
6. Allow to simmer over low heat stirring continuously
7. Add nestle cream. All purpose cream, milk, and some
cheese
8. Cool, mold bread in muffin pan

9. Fill with chicken mixture and garnish with grated cheese


10. Bake until golden brown

EGG PIE RECIPE


Ingredients:

Crust
 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
 2/3 cup of shortening
 1/4 cup of cold water
 1/2 teaspoon of salt

Fillings:

 2 CUPS OF SUGAR
 3/4 CUPS OF WATER
 8 EGGS
 1 Cup of milk
 1 Teaspoon of vanilla

Procedures:
1. Preheat the oven to 177”
2. Prepare a 9 inch pie plate
3. Consider flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl
4. Cut in shortening until corn size
5. Add water, A tablespoon at a time, until a dough is formed
6. Roll out the dough to fit a pie plate
7. Transfer dough to pie plate
8. Flute the edges. Set aside
9. In a sauce pan, Boil sugar and water until thread like for the filling
10. Beat eggs in a bowl
11. Add milk and vanilla
12. Add to the syrup gradually, beating continuously
13. POUR OVER PREPARED CRUST. REMOVE BUBBLES
14. BAKE IN THE PREHEATED OVEN UNTIL THE KNIFE
INSERTED TO THE FILLING COMES OUT CLEAN
