an outpatient addiction treatment center for adults seeking treatment for addiction, alcoholism, and co-
occurring disorders associated with addiction and substance use. The Intensive Outpatient Program
(IOP) combines evidence-based, state of the art treatment with 12 Step principles. The IOP is an
intense, focused experience designed to enable sober and productive living.

Children's Mobile Response and Stabilization System: 24/7 service, Youth or child must be exhibiting
high risk behaviors, is at risk for being placed out of the home and requires immediate intervention in
order to remain in the home or school. This service is accessed through Perform Care 877-652-7624.
This Partnership for children provides counseling, psychiatric evaluation, outpatient and residential
treatment, case management and Mobile Crisis Intervention.
