PROCESS DECISION PROGRAM CHART TOOL

The Process Decision Program Chart (PDPC) is a method which maps out conceivable
events and contingencies that can occur in any implementation plan. It in turn identifies
feasible countermeasures in response to these problems. This tool is used to plan a chain
of events that needs to occur when the problem or goal is an unfamiliar one.
