PRE-GAME: The stage is set for Alabama (1) take on the number 2 seed, the Clemson Tigers. With the
Tide looking to go for back to back national championships the Tigers are ready to put up a fight.
Alabama's quarterback, Tua Tagovailoa looks for his Second National Championship while the true
freshman, Trevor Lawrence looks for his first. The game is set to be played on January 7,2019.

Game summary: Trevor Lawrence lead his team to a 44-16 victory over the Crimson Tide. With the
True freshman playing like a seasoned NFL quarterback and the Tide off to a slow start the Tigers got on a
roll that simply couldn’t be stopped. Tua Tagovailoa threw a pick-six on the third snap of the game and the
Tiger train was moving. This loss served as the largest margin loss for Nick Saban in his 12 seasons as
head coach at the university of Alabama. The tigers win in a landslide and the number 1 team in the
country was finally defeated. And a new one is on top.

Above are play by plays of the 44-16 tiger victory in the National Title match up! The game was won by the
Tigers strong offense and with the tide starting out slow on defense it was difficult to get things moving for
the rest of the game. Defense wins games and tonight the Tide couldn’t get their motivated. Nor could they
seem to motivate their offense! Alabama throwing a pick six didn’t help but did get the Tigers rolling.
