Sebring, Highlands Couny, FL) and that he had just shot five paple. Law Enforcement officers from Sebring Police Department and Highlands County Sheriff's Office responded te the incident location. Upon arriral at the scene the exterior doors to the hank were fouid to be locked. Phone contact was maintained with the subject, who reported he was still inside the bank and was armedwith a 9 mm handgua and wearing a blleiproof rest. Lav enforcement breechedthe door and made entry into the bank. Inside the bank one male subject wa: found alive in a ‘rear office and was taken {ato custody without further incident. There were five victims located inside ne bank, who were alldeceased.
