Dear Sir,

This has reference to your communication with Mr. Nitesh Ranjan regarding procurement of 250-
300 Pax High Speed Ferry.

On advice of Mr. Ranjan, we have been working in the background to locate a suitable ship/boat
matching your requirement. We have successfully located one and we are sharing the details as
attachment to this email where you will find the photographs, plans/drawings showing the seating
arrangement. She is operating in Malaysia and local certificates are up to date according to our
last contact with owner's broker.

Further to the above information, please note the reply from owner for your queries:

1. Last dry dock date (Just dry docked on 20.12.2018, still pending for follow up survey)

2. Current operational status (Operating in Malaysia)

3. Any pending major defects (No, final follow up survey still pending)

4. Status of current certificates (Ship Classification Malaysia (SCM))

5. Class / Flag State / Port Control Observation's (If any) (Malaysia Flag, Registered in Kuching)

6. Any other information which the seller would like to disclose. (Free from Encumbrance, you can
arrange the inspection. Seller's broker will be in Malaysia from 21 to 24 Jan 2019). Please confirm
if you intend to inspect on January 21-24 as soon as possible.

For our mutual cooperation please confirm that you agree to the standard ship purchase protocols
listed below:

• When you ask us for vessel details then you agree that you are committing to purchase through
our channel
• You agree that you will not switch to another broker channel
• You agree that you will not attempt to contact Seller’s directly
• You agree that all correspondence and negotiations for selected vessel will go through our
broker channel only
• You agree to respond with feedback on ships we propose to you – that helps us to serve you
better
• You agree to pay our broker commission of 3.5% (reduced from our standard 4% on special
request from Mr. Ranjan) in full, on signing of MOA with the Seller
• By replying to this email you agree that you approve and will abide by these terms.

If you wish to inspect the subject vessel from Jan 21-24, please advise as soon
as possible. Other details, if any, will be provided at the site.
