We are pleased to invite you to the 6thAnnual Regional Competitiveness Summit and Awards
Ceremony on 16 August2018, Thursday, 9:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Registration starts at 8:30 a.m.),
at the Reception Hall, Philippine International Convention Center.

This year, the DTI, through the Competitiveness Bureau will be recognizing LGUs with exemplary
performance in the four pillars of the index – Economic Dynamism, Government Efficiency, Infrastructure
and Resiliency.

This year, a total of 1,494 LGUs participated in this initiative. Awards will be given to LGUs in four
categories: 3rd to 6th Class Municipalities, 1st to 2nd Class Municipalities, Component Cities, and Highly
Urbanized Cities. Award for the Most Competitive Province and Most Improved City and Municipality will
also be conferred this year.

Join us as we continue to build national competitiveness through the strategic promotion of regional
competitiveness. Please confirm your attendance on or before Monday, 13 August 2018.

constraints, your office shall be charged an amount of Php1,420.00/head directly payable to Philippine
