Ans. Success is the completion of anything intended." In other words success is finishing what you
planned to do. Creating the value which you had intended to create. Success is 99 % failure. The greatest
barrier to success is fear. We need to overcome fear.

Q2. What kind of challenges have you come across?

Though in my life I have faced multiple challenges, but a few of them are:-

1. The biggest challenge which I being in India have faced is, being a girl and doing the most basic
things like travelling in a bus, being out at night for work and being safe at the same time. – have
a clear vision and belief in onself.
2. Doing B.ed – inhuman conditions and yet a balance, calm and being oriented towards your goal
3. Stress management and multi tasking – post mba

Ans 3. To define career path one has to focus on the following:-

1. Self assessment to know the likes and dislikes and also strengths and weaknesses
2. To analyze as to where we stand and where we want to see ourselves
3. What the external environment has in store for us
4. Spontaneity
5. Creativity , sincerity and growth
6. Commitment to the profession so that I learn and perform beyond the expectations
of the organization

1. My attitude is not just being an ordinary employee being one in a crowd but i would want myself
to be known well among the firm not for negative reasons but recognition through my work.
