DCNHS is financially empowered capable

grounded on moral and ethical standards
towards building a strong republic.
DCNHS shall strive to develop the youths to

and makalikasan for their active
participation on the ongoing process of
building a strong republic.
For more than a decade the school operated as an
annex school and obtained its separation and
independence by virtue of the Republic Act 9759
Dated November 10, 2009.
DCNHS existed as a subsequent effect of the
creation of CHED in 1997.
At present, the school offers two curricula; the k-
12 regular class and Science Curriculum under the
Enhance Science Education Program or ESEP.
More than 90% of its enrollment are 4P’s
beneficiaries. Understanding the degree o f
relationship between the economic profile of the
student’s achievement in the school----- ----- a 3-
YEAR ROAD MAP with multi- sectoral
representation is hereby crafted to set a more
clearer destination the school may go for the next
3 years and beyond.
The school arrived with this blueprint through
strategic and multi-faceted consideration.
Through pulling all the resources the school can
assemble to address weak aspects of the
