Adhered to all safety measures and precautions, we examined the production process and were highly
surprised to see all the theories that we study in our management books being put to practical use. The
factory head answered to all our inquisitive queries with patience as we all were agog to know more.
What was captivating to see was DIC’s stellar quality check at each stage of production, safety of
employees, managing huge inventory and supply management and challenges involved in doing so. Post

Most memorable? Let me think…

My class has made four industrial visits so far, and I have made it to all four. So now, I have to pick one
from this four!

Of all four industrial visits, I would personally pick the industrial visit to Kodaikanal as my favourite (quite
contradictory to what most of my friend’s choice would be)!

Let me explain.
For the first few industrial visits , I was quite unaware of how to have fun. I was literally left in my own
company (It’s not that bad), because, all my friends were having fun with their girlfriends (for simplicity,
whenever I write girl friends, think, I mean friends who are girls! Yeah I am not evil!) and I being the guy
I was and am, was and is never comfortable with that.

With time, I found that, there are many solitary boys around in my class and after a couple of industrial
visits, I knew, who would give me company throughout and who will be with me till their girlfriends call
them (I have absolutely no problem with that ,you must know). So, once I knew who are going to stay
with me , for the entire day, life is a lot more easier, and industrial visits are more fun!

With enough history being told, Let me tell you why Kodaikanal was the most memorable industrial visit.

We landed in Kodaikanal at about 5.30 in the morning, and it was freezing cold (Yeah, I am skinny, and I
don’t have enough fat!) . Then we had a quick nap, pretty short one, because one day was all we had for
Kodaikanal and can’t spend a large chunk of it in the bed.

The Industrial tour was planned on 23rd December 2018 as a part of our BBA program accompanied by
the Faculty-supervisor Shetu Ranjan Biswas, Lecturer Department of Management who guided and
helped us to learn about production process of BSRM Ltd.

of BEXIMCO Pharmaceuticals highlighting mainly the growth, status, accomplishments, future projects,
achievements and key milestones of the companyAfter that Hamid riyad HR, Executive of the
organization educated us about the organization culture with the help of informative presentation. Post
a brief introduction about the organization, its policies, people and working environment. Then we were
taken to a factory tour to get an insight of the internal working environment of the organization.
Adhered to all safety measures and precautions, we examined the production process and were highly

The visit was finally concluded around 12:30 pm. Then our honorable teacher handed over the
Mementos, as a token of gratitude from our group to Mahbubul Alam Hr Head after that we took some
photos with employees of BSRM ltd. Then we left the plant around 1.00 pm

Post tour, an interactive session with our honorable teachers at Vatiyari helped and heightened our
industrial tour know-how and knowledge. We had a lunch r in a nearby restaurant and best part of
having friends and honorable teachers in the same table. Starting from the factory tour, appetizing lunch
