Objective
To create a safe and nurturing classroom environment that will encourage students to
learn and grow. A child will only open themselves up to the idea of learning once a secure
attachment based on trust and understanding is created between student and teacher. This allows
a teacher to instruct on content with the student ready and excited to learn.
