SUBJECT: Training-Workshop on LIS/EBEIS for Government School Profile SY 2018-2019

In preparation for the data collection of basic education statistics and updating of
learner's profile in the US for Beginning of School Year (BOSY) 2017-2018, by virtue of
DepEd ORDER No. 32, s. 2018 POLICY GUIDELINES ON THE COLLECTION
OF DA TA/INFORMA TiON REQUIREMENTS FOR BEGINNING OF SCHOOL
YEAR 2018-2019 IN THE LEARNER INFORMATION SYSTEM AND
ENHANCED BASIC EDUCATION INFORMATION SYSTEM, the Planning and
Research Unit will conduct an orientation on US Irfd EBE15 on October Ndverhber 5-9,
2018 (By Batch).

The activity has the following objectives:

a. orient participants in the encoding and/or updating of learner's profile in the LIS and
school information in the EBEIS for BOSY 2017-2018
b. assign school head user account and role in the US
c. update contact details of school head in the LIS
d. Identify solutions to some issues and concerns in the LIS/EBEIS

Participants to this activity are the LIS/EBEIS In-Charge of Public Elementary and
Secondary Schools.
Enclosed is the list of participants by batch for reference. They are advised to bring
the s/y 2018-2019 latest enrolment, SF4 & SF7.
Travel expenses and other incidental expenses of the participants shall be charged
against local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
