1. In line with the Bureau’s Mission “To enhance public safety by ensuring

humane safekeeping and development of PDLs…”, the PDLWD (Persons Deprived of

Liberty Welfare and Development) is conducting annual sports fest that is not limited

only to promotion the health condition of the PDL (Persons Deprived of Liberty) but

also to help them develop camaraderie, sportsmanship and teamwork among our

personnel and PDLs.

2. In this connection, the undersigned respectfully request approval for the

conduct of CCDJ Jailympics 2018 that will commence on April 9, 2018.

3. Attached with is the list PDL players and Personnel.
