Monthly Insurance Licensing Advisory Committee (“ILAC”)

Application Review

There were 15 insurance applications reviewed in December. Thirteen of the applications were
approved and two were deferred.

Registration/Licensing of approved insurance entities is subsequent to the ILAC application

process and may be confirmed in future periods.
