* OTC: One Time Installation Charge, MRC: Monthly Rental Charge

* OTC and One Month MRC as prepaid payment with VAT will be paid in advance with the work order.

* 15% VAT & Applicable BTRC charge will be added with the above OTC & MRC Charges.

*Any other govt. charges (as and when applicable) will be applied as per Govt. rules & regulations.

*OTC is calculated based on distance, others equipment and fiber requirement.

1. Payment:
(a) One Month MRC as deposit, One Month MRC as prepaid payment with VAT will be paid in advance with the
work order.
(b) Monthly bandwidth rental:
After expiry of initial one month of service, monthly bandwidth rental charge will be payable within 1st week of each
month. For delay payment, BPL will serve 2 (two) days prior notice for payment and discontinue the service
temporarily for a period of 15 (fifteen) days, afterwards the service will be disconnected permanently. The Customer
shall pay for the entire month including the discontinued service time. The paid deposit will be adjusted at the

Clients:
 Provide secured space to install BPL equipment
 Provide uninterrupted (24 hours) A.C or D.C (-48V) power supply
 Provide un hindrance access to BPL technical staff
 Provide earthling/ electrical ground facility
 Provide Air-Conditioning facility
BPL’s responsibilities:

 Termination of OFC at customer premises

 Installation of network terminal equipment
 To provide bandwidth connectivity
 24X7X365 Monitoring and support service

Contract Period: Minimum 3 Years.
Delivery Lead Time: Within 30 working Days of receiving work order.

Ownership of Equipment:

Both the parties will be the owner of their respective equipment individually installed by them and has the usage right as per
its own discretion. All Multiplexers, Racks, ODF, DDF etc. installed by BPL, will remain the properties of BPL.

** Terms and Conditions will be determined by an Agreement and SLA to be signed between parties.
