Critical Thinking
Nurses use a variety of thinking strategies and the best available evidence in making My Reflections

Appropriately use the Hospital’s processes to identify and report where clinical practice may
be below the expected standard or where system issues arise

Utilising the nursing team to support the delivery of quality patient care
Completing all required assessments and competencies on time
Preparing patients/equipment for procedures/transport on time
Arriving and commencing duties on time
Communicating changes in a timely manner
