SPELLING/DICTATION/TEST  ONCE A WEEK In the case of holidays, exams and other
issues, the frequency might decrease but it

ACTIVITY BOOK/TEXTBOOK  2 UNITS MONTHLY Regardless of which unit teachers start or
stop, they should cover two units in these
 AT LEAST 1 UNIT AND A books monthly. In the case of holidays,
HALF MONTHLY exams and other issues, the frequency
might decrease but it should not be less
than a unit and a half per month.
