The majority of our target audience voted cutaways as the feature they look for most when
watching a documentary. Therefore we as a group will have to take this into consideration when

into.
advice on contraception
Teenage pregnancy
This documentary is about contraception, what topics would you like to see covered?
This question was a very important question since our documentary is informative it is helpful to
know what our audience will like to be informed about, so we can apply this to our documentary.
yes
no
50% said yes and 50% said no. This was a bit worrying as 50% of our target audience didn’t seem to
be interested, however this could be due to various reasons and can also be interpreted in various
ways such as maybe the way they have received information about contraception did not interest
them. However this is not a downfall to us as it will just make us strive harder to making our
documentary effective, exciting and interesting.

year 8
year 7
In secondary school, what year did you receive sexual health advice?
Year 8 seems to be when majority of people start receiving advice about contraception. When you’re
in year 8 your normally between the ages of 13-14, this is quite good as our main focus is on young
people between the age of 13- 15 receiving contraception advice or actual contraception itself.
