Dear Sir/Maʻam,

We are from Bi-Olongapo Official in cooperation with Bi-Zambales, a group founded in 2014 through
Facebook. We are a part of a wide LGBTQ-community, based in Olongapo City. We are comprised of
young professionals, students and other group members from vast walks of life. We also have
members and affiliates based in other parts of Zambales and Bataan.

We are very much proud and excited to inform you that we will be having our 5th annual, big, and one
of the most anticipated event in the LGBTQ community in Olongapo City, the Reyna at Hari ng Ikatlong
Lahi 2018, where selected LGBTQ members from various groups in Zambales and Bataan will compete
for the title Reyna and Hari.

On January 26, 2019 is going to be our Grand Coronation Night at the Asuncion Function Hall in
Capricorn St.Sta.Rita, Olongapo City, where our very talented candidates will be vying for the title.

In line with this, we would like to ask your good office to be one of our sponsors. The pageant will
need your kind assistance for our prizes and other expenses (see Attachment).We are hoping and
looking forward for your support and consideration to the LGBTQ community of Olongapo City,
Zambales and Bataan.
