SUBJECT : Letter For Sick Leave

Respectable Headmaster,

I would like to compel to your sincere note that my daughter Yogeta D/O Chelvarajoo (5
TEKUN) will be leaving to India on 12th February until 21st February for her health issue. At the
current time, all of her school work is completed. I will also make sure that all her pending work
will be completed in advance before she leaves.

2. I would request you to please sanction the leave at the earliest because I also need to book our
flight tickets well in advance. I will attach a note from my doctor once back from India as a
confirmation that it is necessary for her health to take a medical leave. On behalf of her, I
apologize for any inconvenience caused by her absence.

I request you to kindly approve her leave at the earliest so that I can make my reservations and
oblige. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions or need clarification.
