JUSTIFICATION OF OVERTIME ON THE MONTH OF APRIL, MAY AND JUNE

I am handling almost 1400 BS Infotech (buuin mo) students. Which compose of third year and
fourth year students. (Yung statistic ng record i.e. kung ilang cor cog nagagawa sa isang araw.

Because of the enrollment period, most of my time is devoted to transact in the window to
released certification of registration and evaluation. Because of the said circumstance, we need more
time for preparing of transcript of record and all kinds of certification are being prepared and made in
the evening and on Saturday.
