A. RESPONSIBILITY – The work of the teacher in the development and guidance of
the young is a tremendous responsibility for which he is accountable to God, to his country, and to posterity. It is trust of which every teacher should strive to be worthy. A teacher who uses his position for an unworthy purpose betrays that trust. B. PROFESSIONAL CONDUCTS – It behaves every teacher to assume and maintain a professional attitude to his work and in dealing with his associates in the profession. It should be his self-imposed duty to constantly improve himself professionally, criticism when necessary, should clearly reflect friendly modifications and a sincere desire to uphold the standard dignity of the profession, dealing with his pupils or students, the teacher should ever strive to be professionally correct, friendly, and sympathetic.
C. INTEGRITY – Since the teacher’s work is not confined to the development of
certain fundamental skills and abilities encompassed by the teaching of the 3Rs, but also include the development of desirable habits and attitudes that goes in the formation of character, his manners of living should provide worthy examples to his pupils and students to emulate, for his fellow teacher to be proud and for the community to feel as being enriched by it.

PERCENTAGE OF WORKING DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TIME Under close supervision of Head Teacher/Principal 3% Prepares effective daily lesson plan. 3% Prepares visual aids and other devices for instruction. 2% Keeps/checks/records the attendance of the students. 2% Sees to it that his/her students in class activities are provided with the necessary textbooks when available. 2% Conducts studies and researches in special phases of instruction to improve methods of instructions. 2% Prepares and submits the necessary forms and reports for her advisory sections. 2% Keeps anecdotal records of his/her students up-to-date 2% Keeps students inform on their progress. 1% Conducts the guidance services of his/her advisory sections. 1% Attends and participates in-service education training. 80% Conducts classroom instruction.
