NO. WP -17-0406 ISOFLEX 200 ELASTOMERIC COATING ISOFLEX 200 is a single component, liquid-applied elastomeric coating based on acrylic copolymer resin. Especially developed for waterproofing of concrete roof, it can bridge minor surface cracks or imperfections providing long lasting protection. APPLICATIONS When properly prepared, as detalled in SURFACE PREPARATION, suitablo substrates include: new or old concrete, masonry, bricks, and polyurethane foam insulation. Two coats minimum © Re-coat interval... 4 hours minimumECGHNICAL INFORMATION ‘SURFACE PREPARATION Surface must be structurally sound, clean, preferably dry and free form dust, oll, sealers, loose coatings, efflorescence, and other foreign matter. New concrete shall have cured a minimum of 28 days. For previously coated surface, please contact ACI for specific recommendations. For shrinkage or hairline cracks 1.5-6 mm width, repair the substrate with PLEXIGROUT. in general, surfaces with joints. cracks, fiashings, vents, parapet wall lashings or where two dissimilar surfaces come together should be reinforced with a polyester fabric cloth. Extend the cloth 50 mm from both sides of the cracks. APPLICATION Priming is always recommended especially when coating over old substrate or old coating. Apply Primer 556 using a short-haired nap roller or airless spray at the rate of 3-4 square meter per liter. Allow to dry until tack-free. Apply ISOFLEX 200 using a 3/4 inch nap roller, paint brush or airless spray. Minimum of two coats is d recommended. Allow first coat to dry. Apply second coat in a direction perpendicular to the first coat Periodically check materials used and square meters covered to ensure adequate dry film thickness (use a wet film thickness gauge). Allow final coat to air-cure for at least 24 hours Clean-up tools while still wet with water. (Note: ISOFLEX 200 is not designed for use in covering cracks caused by structural deficiencies).
