Female seniors attending high school in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau or Baker counties are
eligible to apply. Applicants will need two references: 1) a letter of nomination from a coach,
teacher, mentor, counselor, family member, neighbor, or friend, and 2) a letter of endorsement
