Lab Report#1

Equipment:
 Cisco Packet Tracer 7.2

Procedure:
 First we launch the Cisco Packet Tracer application on windows.
 Then we create a new project file.
 Afterwards we place five PC’s from the “Network Devices” list.
 Then we place a hub named as Hub-PT.
 We will now connect the five PC’s with the default connection wire available.
 The five PC’s connected will be shown successful after the simulation activation.
 Now we will pick one Sample PDU and then transfer it from one random PC to another.
 Then we will simulate it with the simulation tab and we can see the message transferring
successfully to the other PC.
 The hub will transfer the message to all PCs but will be successfully transfer to the one
specified.
