MORE COMMON ERRORS IN BUILDING AREA PROJECT

1. Too many round buildings are missed. Round building has a regular round shape.
And the surface of the rooftop is very smooth. Some rooftops can reflect light and
seems brighter.
2. Distinguish ground from buildings. The samples below show a residential
compound. The yellow line is the yard boundary, and pink line shows the round
building boundary. Usually the building is built near the yard. So it is ground in the
middle of yard. The ground is made of dirt which has a coarse surface. Do not draw
the ground as building.
3. Do not fix building so carefully. If there is no big area deviation, then keep the original
building. The following sample is a good result, can be passed.
