Diversity reporting is changing very fast and preferences of organizational change are also
changing. It is therefore important to identify that what are the facts and figures of Diversity that
are beneficial for the organization. Similarly what are the challenges and barriers of diversity
reporting that creates problems and issues in the organization and how to overcome them.

Significance of Study
This research will be significant because it will:
Help the organizations and industries to analyze the effectiveness of the diversity
reporting and will be able to evaluate the factors that bring value of diversity reporting in
the organization and help them improvise.
Organizations will achieve better diversity reporting and will analysis what are the
challenges comes in diversity reporting and how to overcome them and how they will
achieve the better diversity reporting as a means of organizational change and what will
benefit them for the future long run.
Provide a basis for future research and will help the organizations in implementing
effective strategies of diversity reporting as a means of organizational change.
Research Methodology
This research will be qualitative research. An open-ended semi structured questionnaire will be
used to conduct this study. The main population of this study will be team leads, high officials,
and employees of some of the top organizations which operate in different countries across the
world. The data will then by analyze in MS Excel using certain parameters.
