1. Metering circuits of Generator, AVR, GT, UAT, Station Transformers, Charges, Tie b/w
Bus metering, metering circuit for unit PMCC , unit DCDB, Station DCDB Checked.
2. Annunciation on UCP from GRP checked.
3. Annunciation from AVR to UCP checked.
4. Indication Lamp on UCP from AVR checked.
5. Command signal from UCP to AVR checked.
6. Testing of CTs installed at NGT of unit#2.
7. Generator CT tightness (Phase-side) & Neutral side Checked in IPBD & Gen CT
marshalling box.
8. Generator CT connection (Neutral side) checked in IPBD (R, Y, B- Phase)
9. DC source -1&2 charge scheme checked.
10. Semaphore Indications check for 409, 411 & ST-2 Bay.
11. Tripping of 186A, 186AX, 186AY relay checks.
12. Tripping of 286A/286AX/286AY relay checks.
13. Tripping of 186B checked.
14. Tripping of 286B checked.
15. Contacts cleaning done in Auxiliary Relays of GRP panels & Switchyard control panels.
16. PT measurements checked.
17. Cleaning & tightness done in station Transformer#2 relay panels.
18. Contact cleaning with CRC for all auxiliary relays done.
19. ……….from relay to control panel of ST#2 checked.
20. Tripping of 86A/86B check on following indication checked.
21. Tripping of 86AX & 86BX checked.
22. Troubles checked for ST#2, GT#2 all numerical relays configurations checked.
23. Main Exciter field winding resistance measurement done.
24. PMG output PY, YB, BR windings resistance measurement taken.
25. Continuity & cables.

26. IR values of PMG Exciter field windings, Generator Rotor, cables (…………., PMC) done.
27. Generator CT tightness done in panels.
28. Cleaning & tightness done in 409 RA & 409 RB.
29. Auxiliary Relay contact clean with CRC.
30. Contact multiplication relay for CBs & 89T checked.
31. AVR Card cleaning done for Ch-1, Ch-2, PLCC cards, Power supply cards.
32. Cleaning & tightness done in AVR.
33. All CT measurements (Switchyard CT, GTCT, Gen. CT) taken.
34. Synch. Circuit checked by simulation.
35. Auto synch. Circuit checked.
36. Busbar scheme checked for 409, 410 & 411 & modified as per scheme.
37. Unit-2 light up done, Dynamic testings carried out, unit synchronized on auto on dated
