Meeting Discussion:

1. Design Guideline for RC-CLT hybrid structure according to FEMA P695:

 Overstrength and Ductility factors should be computed for CLT-RC hybrid system and parametric
study should be done by considering the multi-bay and multi-story.
 Structure should be designed according to Direct Displacement based design procedure.

2. E-defense 4Story RC building should be modeled in OpenSees.

2. Going through the code written for CLT-RC retrofitting.
