INTRODUCTION

Education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a

school or university1. Education is very important for our bright future. An illiterate

person can find it very difficult to cope with some aspects of life. . Education is

considered as the most powerful weapon of life to get victory and success. This great

responsibility and job is given to the teachers to nourish and shape up the lives of young

ones and future of their country. The teacher plays great role towards education and

shape up a student. Teachers serve a great job in making the good society by educating

and guiding students. The teachers take the responsibility to raise the lifestyle and mind

level of the common people through their teaching.The teacher's profession is

considered as the best profession because the teacher is selflessly serving his or her life.

Their dedicated work cannot be compared to any other work. In order to gain insight

into teacher’s profession, we interviewed our tutor, Ms.Christina Ong Sook Beng

during thr tutorial class on 25th October 2018.We asked some questions mainly

focused on main duties and responsibilities, requirements and issues faced by tutor at

work. At the end of interview, we understand that tutor’s profession is not easy and its

very challenging. The report aims to inform about the data we collected during the

interview session. Additionally, the report will explore the tutor’s profession.
