Contract Value:

The total nominal contract value shall be Rs. 13,87,711.02/-

(Rupees Thirteen Lakh Eighty Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Eleven
and Paise Two Only), including all taxes and duties except GST.
The total landed cost shall be Rs. 16,37,499.00/- (Rupees
Sixteen Lakh Thirty Seven Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Nine
Only), including GST @18.00%.
Initial Security Deposit(ISD) / Security Deposit(SD) :

Initial Security Deposit (ISD) for this work is Rs. 34,700.00/-.

Amount of Rs. 15,000.00/- deposited by you against EMD will be
adjusted against ISD. You are requested to deposit amount of Rs.
19,700.00/- (Rupees Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Only)
against ISD to TS, Sendra in the form of electronic fund
transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) (SBI Bank Account No.- 11053569235 and
IFSC Code- SBIN0000618) or DD/BC/PO drawn in favour of 'Indian
Oil Corporation Limited- Pipelines Division' payable at Beawar,
with in Thirty (30) days of the receipt of this letter. The ISD
shall be retained towards Security Deposit during currency of
the contract along with the security deposit deducted at the
rate of 10% of the running bills and the same shall be refunded
after one month of completion of defect liability period upon
due certification by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Contract Document:

You are requested to attend this office to execute an agreement

with us, as per the Form of Contract provided in the tender,
within Thirty (30) days of the receipt of this letter to sign
the contract, failing which your tender may be rejected &
earnest money will be forfeited. The agreement shall be executed
on a non-judicial stamp paper (of Rajasthan jurisdiction) of Rs.
500 (Rupees Five Hundred only), the cost of which shall be borne
by you.
Please note that the requisite Security Deposit valid for the
duration, as mentioned above, has to be deposited with IOCL
Sendra office prior to signing of the contract agreement,
failing which your tender is liable to be rejected and
earnest money forfeited.

Acceptance along with its Annexure ii) Tender documents (GCC &
