COMPLAINT

COMPLAINANT respectfully state:

1. Mario Torres, 21, Filipino, Single and a resident of #30 Zarate Village,
Barangay Pinsao Proper, Baguio City.

2. The respondents are:

(a) Juan Miguel, 25, Filipino, Single and #12 Zarate Village, Barangay
Pinsao Proper, Baguio City;

(b) Jun Miguel, 26, Filipino, Single and #12 Zarate Village, Barangay
Pinsao Proper, Baguio City;
3. Facts of the case:

(a) On February 5, 2019 around 12 midnight Mario Torres was walking

inside Zarate Village, located at Tacay Road, Barangay Pinsao Proper,
Baguio City when cousins Juan Miguel and Jun Miguel, who were drinking
at the side of the street in front of a sari-sari store, threw bottles of beer and
hit Mario Torres at the back of his left leg causing superficial wound.

(b) After the incident the cousins run towards their house located at stone
crusher in the same barangay.

Narration and reference attached annexes as exhibit a/b/c/d/ etc.

WHEREFORE, premises considered it is respectfully prayed:

(1) Summons be immediately issued to respondents.

(2) Immediate Barangay Conciliation/Mediation meetings be held by

the Barangay Lupon.
(3) Actual Damages

(4) Moral Damages

(5) Exemplary Damages

(6) The complainant reserves the right to file the proper criminal
actions against the respondents Juan Miguel and Jun Miguel for the
violations of the Revised Penal Code.

Further, we pray for such and other reliefs as may be deemed just and
equitable in the premises.
