Rescheduling an Assignment

Two main ways exist for you to reschedule an assignment:

1. from the Assignment Calendar or

2. from the Assignments pod on the Home Page.

Rescheduling an Assignment from the Assignment Calendar

If you need to reschedule an assignment you have already scheduled for yourself, locate the
ASSIGNMENT

assignment on your Assignment Calendar. To access your Assignment Calendar, click the cal-
endar icon button in the Profile pod of your Home Page.

 Upon clicking the calendar icon button, the Assignment Calendar page will appear displaying all
scheduled assignments for the current month.

 Once you have located the assignment you would like to reschedule, click on the assignment on
the Assignment Calendar page.

This displays the Assignment Info popup window with the assignment’s ID in the blue header
and the assignment’s project name followed by the project ID in parentheses as the title. (In the
screenshot below, the title is the project name, Inventory.) Ensuing information about the assign-
ment follows with a map of the location of the assignment (if the Enable Mapping Configuration
Setting is activated). To reschedule the assignment, click the Reschedule button at the bottom of
the window.

 Once you’ve clicked the Reschedule button, the Reschedule Assignment popup window appears
allowing you to adjust the date and/or time of the assignment in the Start Date/Time section.
Click the Schedule button to reschedule the assignment.

The assignment will now appear on your Assignment Calendar at the rescheduled start time and
date.

 Rescheduling an Assignment from the Home Page Assignments Pod
You can also reschedule an assignment by clicking on the assignmentin the Assignments pod of
your Home Page. Specifically, click on the Project Name link of the assignment you wish to res-
chedule.

 Clicking the Reschedule button brings up the Reschedule Assignment popup window where you
can adjust your start time and/or date in the Start Date/Time fields to reschedule the assign-
ment. Click the Schedule button to reschedule the assignment.
