1. As I am on my second week, deeper understanding of how the Club operates became
clearer to me. Of of the importance of the Recreations Department is that it generates
probably the second highest income for the Club because of its golf courses. Employees
working at the Golf COure are observed to be very diligent and caring with the greens
and fairways and other plants They take personal responsibility.
2. Tending to customers availing of the video games requires us to be very specific with
instructions given to us. Kids nowadays are all tech savvy.
3. Being assigned at the swimming pool requires direct guidance from the regular
employees. From attending to customers to cleaning the pool. Most guest availing of the
swimming pool are kids that requires utmost attention. At the swimming pool, policy on
health and safety are given highest importance as lives are at stakes here.
4. Regular employees delegates some of their duties and responsibilities to us which do not
require too much interaction with guests and members. I believe they do this for us to be
empowered and learn upon ourselves that not all are said, we should also learn from our

No questions so far at this second week of my internship as I am still grasping all learning I could avail from
