1. Very few projects. No .net projects so .net ppl stay away.

2. No process and zero documentation.

3. Requires lot of networking to get promotion.

Bad people- nosey, love to poke nose in others' lives

High amount of nepotism- every senior person's spouse gets a meaty role, irrespective of their competence

no focus on quality

Freedom and independence to take decisions. Reasonably good and employee friendly policies. Opportunity to lead large teams. International work environment.

Cons

Long work hours, seasonal work, repetitive work. A lot of uncertainty regarding the direction of the group or the firm.

good work, very good and talented colleagues, nice city to work in. Good learning and knowledge management environment. Excellent processes

Good Technologies to work in SAP.

Lots of heirarchy like Asst Manager,Manager,Senior Manager,Executive Manager

No Work life balance

Lots of heirarchy like Asst Manager,Manager,Senior Manager,Executive Manager and goes on...., very funny is , every manager needs to code in abap like fresher and sqeeze

the new joinees

Depends on the US Deloitte for projects.

Higher Management behave like stupids without knowing whats happening at grassroot level.

Very difficult to change the technology.

Above all very wrost internal polotics and illlegal stupid network.

No advice because they wont listen , coz they are deaf.
