Students are instructed to practice passing skills in pairs, groups, and formations. For activity 1, pairs pass a ball through cones while stepping further back after 10 passes. Activity 2 has groups of 8 pass in a clockwise square. Activity 3 has groups of 6 pass in triangles, changing direction after a period of time.

• Students form pairs and collect a ball and 2 cones (Under the ball) • Students perform 10 passes through the cones before taking a step back • This process is repeated until students are over a 5m distance from the cone or until the time is up
Activity 2 – Square Passing
• Students will be placed into groups of 8 and form a square • Students then pass the ball around the square rotating from inside to outside and passing in a clock wise direction • Before changing to anti-clockwise direction Activity 3 – Triangle Passing • Students form groups of sixes and collect a ball and 3 cones (Under the ball) • Students then pass the ball around the triangle, again moving from the inside to the outside • After a certain time, students then change direction of the passing to the opposite way
