Passing

Activity 1 – Passing Pairs


• Students form pairs and collect a ball and 2 cones (Under the ball)
• Students perform 10 passes through the cones before taking a step back
• This process is repeated until students are over a 5m distance from the cone or until
the time is up

Activity 2 – Square Passing


• Students will be placed into groups of 8 and form a square
• Students then pass the ball around the square rotating from inside to outside and
passing in a clock wise direction
• Before changing to anti-clockwise direction
Activity 3 – Triangle Passing
• Students form groups of sixes and collect a ball and 3 cones (Under the ball)
• Students then pass the ball around the triangle, again moving from the inside to the
outside
• After a certain time, students then change direction of the passing to the opposite
way
