PROCEDURES
Warm-ups- Fun history fact that has to do with the daily subject

Absences- Talk to me before class and collect missing work from the folder hanging on
the wall towards the front of the room

Tardy Policy- As long as you're not over 2 minutes late (without a pass) just take your
seat quietly

Turning in Assignments- Turn in to the drawers at the front of the room in the drawer
labeled with your class period

Late Work Policy- When turned in on the same day, no points will be taken off, the next
day will be -10, the second day late will be -20, the third will be -40, the fourth day it will
be a zero (only school days are counted, not weekends)

Cell Phone Policy- Put them out of sight. If you are seen using it I will take it up and put
it on my desk until the end of the day, where it will be returned. I will only do this 3 times
per student, after that the phone will be taken to the office

Leaving the Room- Take the pass at the front of the room and go. No need to raise your
hand and interrupt the lesson

Ending Class- If possible, I will allow 5 minutes before the bell for you to pack up and
talk amongst yourselves

CONSEQUENCES
First Offense- Verbal warning
Second Offense- Private conversation outside of class
Third Offense- Parents will be notified
Fourth Offense- Sent to the office
