1. Any change to specification/scope of work will be deemed a variation and we deserve the right to vary the price.

2. Smart Care Systems LLC will not held responsible for any delay caused by the client or contractor as the Un
readiness of the site and materials not been supplied if required by the client /contractor.

3. Scope and Design changes will impact commercials and needs to be pre approved before
execution.

4. The above is excluding any Cabling ,Civil/Builders work like cutting, chipping, chasing and any other decoration
works except that specifically mentioned in the quote are excluded.

5. It is further assumed that Electrical power will be provided wherever required.

6. Any approval if needed from DEWA/Etisalat/Du/RTA/Municipality etc prior work should be

done by client.

Notes :

1 .Two types of meeting/board rooms are considered as per drwaings you gave

Type 1 : consists of 2 dimming circuits 0-10v nos 31

Type 2 : : consists of 1 dimming circuit 0-10v nos 8

2 . Back Box not included in this proposal

Payment Terms :
Payment : 50% advance and 50% on Delivery
Confirmation : Formal LPO
Quote Validity : This quote is valid for 14 days from its date.
