Subject: SIP Implementation Status Report for the S.Y. 2016-2017

1. In relation to the continuing innovativeness of the school in assuring quality in

the implementation of the school’s Program and Projects, the office would
announces the status of the School Improvement Plan Implementation Report
S.Y. 2016-2017. (See Attached Report)

2. The office also announces that we will be having our regular meeting on October
18, 2017 at E-classroom at 3:00 in the afternoon. Teachers who have classes during
the meeting shall give an activity worksheet for their students.

3. Agenda will be as follows:

a. Principal’s Report on the progress of SIP/AIP Implementation;

b. Any other business

4. Participants to the said meeting are requested to bring their respective action plan
on their classroom banners.

5. 100% attendance is expected.

6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
