DYNAMITE STICKS

TOOLS & EQUIPMENT:

FRYING PAN
TONGS
SPOON
PLANE PLATE

INGREDIENTS:

100 g Ground pork


8 pcs Long chilli (siling haba)
8 pcs Lumpia wrapper
30 g Cheese
40 g Oil
1 pc Onion
3 pc Garlic

PREPARATION:

1 In a pan sauté onion, garlic and ground pork. Season with salt and
ground pepper. Cook until pork turns brown. Set aside and let it cool
2 Wash the long chilli remove the seeds
3 Fill it with the ground pork and cheese strips
4 Wrap it with the lumpia wrapper. Seal the edges with water
5 Fry until golden brown
